I've been unable to get work from the server since yesterday. I assume it's because I made the mistake of deleting my token while mining. I've added a new address, and tried several new tokens. I can't even connect anonymously using addresses associated to my account. What can I do? Should I just delete the account?

I did some investigations and found the issue...

Apparently you had several machines somewhere that were probably disconnected, then tried to reconnect every 10 s with the deleted token. But trying to connect with invalid credentials too many times triggered the StellaPool ban system as this may be seen as a brute force attack.

Also, trying to connect while being banned is very harshly punished by the code, and as your miners kept connecting, you might actually have been banned for months Lol

Well, I restarted StellaPool to clear the ban, you should now be able to mine on Stelo.xyz again.

The bans are per IP by the way and not username, which is why you were also unable to mine anonymously.

Thank you for the report, it is a good feedback since it is for example easy to forget to renew the token if set to expire a long time in the future, so others might also encounter your issue eventually... I will tone down some ban values to prevent this from happening...

It is now possible to associate the Constellation Explorer account to the Stelo.xyz one in the Account Page, and once done, blocks are automatically associated to your account, no more need to do that manually and browse the Rounds!
I already linked the accounts of people who already associated blocks.

I cannot send RIC from the pool to SouthExchange. I get a message that the address is invalid. I'm able to receive RIC there from other addresses.

Sorry for the delay, I somehow missed your post.

You can only send coins to Bech32 addresses since Legacy one should not longer be used. This is intended, to incentive people to use only Bech32.

I did tell SouthExchange to use Bech32 addresses for new generated addresses a while ago, but they are totally ignoring this -_-

You can consider using another exchange, or send to a Bech32 address you own, then send to a SouthXchange's Legacy address.

Exbitron uses Bech32 since the beginning.
A Cpx Classic Riecoin Deposit address should also be Bech32 since they resetted them after being hacked.
FreiExchange may still use Legacy addresses if you created an account a long time ago, otherwise newer account will get a Bech32 one. In the first case, you can simply contact their support to change your Deposit address I think.
